We provide you with well-maintained, sparkling-clean, and stylish accommodations and service every time you stay with us. Noemi, your host is an Airbnb Superhost who also lives locally. So you can be assured the properties are well managed and assistance is available quickly if needed.
Booking directly saves you 10-15% over the marketing channel rate. Our site is always up to date so if the dates are open, you may book!
Traveling in a larger group or having a function in the area? Many homes can be rented together, providing accommodation for up to 40 people. Each home will have its own private access.

The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking with a $500 deposit that will be collected separately and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast! Furthermore, please note that we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for all reservations. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate last-minute bookings.
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew and they can be referenced below:

$25 add-on (3:00 pm instead)
$50 add-on (2:00 pm instead)
$75 add-on (1:00 pm instead)
Late Check-Out:
$25 add-on (11:00 am instead)
$50 add-on (12:00 pm instead)
$75 add-on (1:00 pm instead)
Our front door or garage smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00 pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late since its self-check-in!
We have hosted many many MANY photoshoots, music videos, and even some commercials! 📷 We offer three different options that can be inquired about and with all details listed here, dependent upon availability! Please note, these options are special rates where we provide you a custom quote prior and booking a reservation without our prior consent/approval is subject to but not limited to our violation fines, cancellation without a refund, and will be asked to vacant the premise.
Our professional cleaners are following CDC guidelines to ensure all common surfaces are cleaned and disinfected and use disinfectants approved on List N from the EPA, which kill the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).
What if we have multiple cars to park, is there parking for the others?
We have private garages in most homes, and also offer free street parking, which is first come first serve!
We welcome children at our short-term rentals but only a few homes have special equipment on-site. Please contact us for any further questions!
Many of our vacation homes are within walking distance and some are right next door with a very similar layout! Feel free to check on our website for availability at our other homes and feel free to contact us directly for any special requests so we can help you out!
You have access to a personal chef service that can arrive in 24-48 hours. They offer 3-course organic culinary experiences that can be completely customized to your preferences for groups up to 8. The chef brings everything needed to cook the meal and is responsible for cleaning.
