We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 9 PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.
★ ADDITIONAL DETAILS TO NOTE ★
✔ We are located 10 mins/3.6 miles from the Love Field Airport. Please keep in mind the airplane noise upon booking. We provide ear plugs.
✔ All guests must be listed on the reservation. Per our community guidelines, only two visitors are allowed. Overnight hours start at 11 PM.
✔ It is essential to review our house rules before booking.
✔ Trucks do not fit in our garage. 2 a car limit inside the community. Free street parking is available, first-come, first-serve.
✔ It’s Texas! Please keep all of the doors shut for little critters won’t make their way into the property, and keep the heat out.
• • Local Guest MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be canceled. No exceptions, no refunds. • •
* Every Tuesday the back lawn is mowed. Access through the garage is needed. Guest may opt out upon request. If notice is not given within 24hrs, service will be completed*
