Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bars. This home includes wifi, gourmet kitchen, with open space with plenty of room for everyone. If you’d like to accommodate more people please let us know so we can make arrangements.

We are open to allowing small gatherings happen in our property but please be honest and upfront with your intentions. Send us an inquiry BEFORE booking or a gathering will not be allowed.
Additional fee for gatherings.
If a reservation is made with intentions to hosts a gathering without our approval, the reservation will be cancelled.
Pack out what you pack in. It is your responsibility to take all of the trash from the gatherings. Extra fees will incur if you do not take it with you.
Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund.
Always be respectful of our community and neighbors.
It is important to review our house rules prior to booking.

Please keep the garage/door closed/locked at all times, we get a notification when the garage/door is opened/unlocked for 15 mins. If unattended, I will close it remotely for your safety.
It’s Texas! Keep all of the doors shut for little critters won’t make their way into the property and to keep the heat out.
